Butterfinger Bliss Balls

  • 4 tablespoons melted butter (1/4 stick)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 8 ounces chocolate chips or bark
  • 2/3 cup crumbled Butterfinger bars
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter (avoid organic options)
  • 3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • Optional garnishes: extra crushed Butterfinger bars, festive sprinkles, or coarse sea salt

  1. Prepare the Dough: Melt the butter and whisk it together with peanut butter in a mixing bowl until smooth and creamy, using an electric or stand mixer set on medium speed.
  2. Enhance with Flavors: Stir in vanilla extract and mix thoroughly.
  3. Incorporate Powdered Sugar: Gradually add powdered sugar while mixing on low speed, ensuring even blending by scraping down the bowl sides.
  4. Add Crunch: Gently fold in crumbled Butterfinger bars and graham cracker crumbs until well combined.
  5. Shape and Chill: Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Scoop about 1 to 1½ teaspoons of dough, shape into balls, and place them on the baking sheet.
  6. Chill the Dough: Freeze the balls for approximately 30 minutes until firm.
  7. Melt Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, microwave chocolate chips at 50% power for 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until melted and smooth.
  8. Coat Balls: Dip each chilled ball into melted chocolate, fully coating or leaving some peanut butter mixture visible as desired.
  9. Optional Garnish: Sprinkle additional crushed Butterfinger bars, festive sprinkles, or a pinch of sea salt on top.
  10. Serve and Store: Enjoy the Butterfinger Bliss Balls once the chocolate has set. Store leftovers in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to a week.

Note: Natural peanut butters may be oily, affecting the texture.
