Ingredients:

  • For the cake:
    • 1 cup of milk
    • 3/4 cup of vegetable oil
    • 350g of sugar
    • 4 eggs
    • 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder or finely grated chocolate
    • 3 cups of all-purpose flour
    • 2 and 1/4 teaspoons of baking powder
    • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • For the filling:
    • 2 packets of vanilla pudding mix
    • 850ml of milk
  • For the glaze:
    • 250g of chocolate
    • 250ml of whipped cream

Preparation:

Begin by whisking together eggs, sugar, and vanilla extract until the mixture achieves a fluffy consistency. Gradually incorporate flour, cocoa powder (or grated chocolate), and a mixture of vegetable oil and baking powder.
