Ultimate Loaded Baked Potato with Steak and Shrimp

Potatoes:

Preheat your oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Prepare jumbo baking potatoes by coating them with oil, salt, and pepper. Bake for approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until they are fork-tender. Once cooked, slice open the center of each potato.

Steak:

Cut the steak into bite-sized pieces and season generously with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and a hint of chili powder. Sear the steak pieces for about 1 minute on each side over medium-high heat in a cast iron skillet with a drizzle of oil.

Shrimp:

Remove the tails and devein the shrimp. Season them with olive oil and a touch of Ashley’s Seafood Secret. Cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until they form a perfect ‘C’ shape, over medium-high heat with a bit of oil.

Veggies:

In the same skillet, sauté your favorite vegetables for 5-7 minutes until they are tender. Season them with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

Cheese Sauce:

In a saucepan over medium heat, warm 1 1/2 cups of heavy cream until it starts to bubble. Gradually add in 1/2 cup of freshly shredded Parmesan cheese, along with 1 tablespoon of garlic powder, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, 1/4 teaspoon of pepper, 1/2 teaspoon of Cajun seasoning, and 1/2 teaspoon of Italian herbs. Stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.

Assembly:

Layer the cooked steak, shrimp, sautéed veggies, and cheese sauce generously onto each baked potato. Serve and enjoy this mouthwatering masterpiece!
