Ingredients:

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 50 grams of butter
  • 1 plain yogurt
  • 200 grams of sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • 200 grams of flour
  • 7 grams of yeast
  • 100 grams of chocolate chips

Preparation:

  1. Begin by peeling the bananas and placing them in a bowl. Using a fork, mash the bananas, then add the yogurt and mix well.
  2. In a separate bowl, cream together the room temperature butter and sugar until smooth. Gradually add the eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly after each addition.
  3. Incorporate the mashed banana and yogurt mixture into the butter and sugar mixture, stirring until well combined. Sift in the flour and yeast, then gently fold the ingredients together.
  4. Carefully fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed throughout the batter. Transfer the batter into a greased mold and bake at 180°C for approximately 50 minutes.
