Ingredients:

  • 3 large potatoes
  • Olive oil
  • Salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and dried parsley (for potatoes)
  • 2 strip steaks, about 10 ounces each
  • Olive oil

  • Steak seasoning (such as Kinder’s Prime Steak Seasoning)
  • 4 tablespoons of butter
  • 1 teaspoon of minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon of dried parsley

Instructions:

  1. Begin by washing the potatoes and cutting them into small cubes.
  2. Toss the potato cubes in olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, paprika, and dried parsley. Adjust seasonings according to taste preference.
  3. Cook the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for approximately 20 minutes, shaking them occasionally for even cooking.
  4. While the potatoes are cooking, cut the steaks into roughly 1-inch cubes.
  5. Coat the steak cubes in olive oil and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and steak seasoning.
  6. Once the potatoes are cooked, set them aside and proceed to cook the steak bites in the air fryer at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for about 7 minutes, or until desired doneness (approximately medium).
  7. While the steak bites are cooking, melt the butter and stir in minced garlic and dried parsley to make the garlic butter sauce.
  8. Once the steak bites are cooked to your liking, pour the garlic butter sauce over them.
