Ingredients:

  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1/2 onion, diced
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 2 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 2 cans tomato sauce (14.5 oz each)
  • 2 cans diced tomatoes (14.5 oz each)
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 box dry uncooked macaroni
  • 1 cup frozen peas

How To Make Crockpot Goulash Recipe:

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked.
  2. Add the diced onions and peppers, cooking until they become tender.
  3. Transfer the meat mixture to a 6-quart slow cooker.
  4. Include the diced bell peppers, Italian Seasoning, salt, pepper, tomatoes, and beef broth. Stir to combine.
  5. Cover and cook on high for 3.5 hours.
  6. Cook the pasta as directed on the box, 1 hour before serving.
  7. 30 minutes before serving, stir in the cooked pasta and frozen peas.
  8. Cover and let it sit.
  9. Garnish and serve.
