  • 6 large eggs
  • 450 grams (2 cups) cottage cheese
  • 1 cup (100 grams) grated sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup (30 grams) flour
  • 2 tablespoons (30 milliliters) melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon (5 milliliters) baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 milliliters) salt
  • 1/4 cup (25 grams) chopped green onions
  • Fresh parsley for garnish
  • Optional: red pepper flakes for garnish


  1. Preheat the Oven:

    Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×9-inch baking dish.

  2. Prepare the Mixture:

    In a large bowl, whisk the eggs until well combined. Add the cottage cheese, sharp cheddar, Parmesan, flour, melted butter, baking powder, and salt. Mix thoroughly.

  3. Add Green Onions:

    Stir in the chopped green onions.

  4. Bake:

    Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Bake in the preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is golden brown.

  5. Serve:

    Allow the dish to cool slightly before slicing. Garnish with fresh parsley and, if desired, sprinkle with red pepper flakes.
